I met Charlie in 2014 when I came to Utah to teach French. I was the first French guest teacher at GES. Charlie was very kind to me and so helpful. It helped me so many times to make my classroom comfortable to teach. Thanks to him I had a wonderful teaching experience because I knew that if I had a problem I could count on him. He was an awesome custodian! I will always remember when we met in the hallway of the school and when he said to me every time hello in French "bonjour". Kenna, you and your children are in my thoughts in this hard time.

Charlie was the hardest worker I have ever met in my life. He had great pride in being the Head Custodian of Grantsville Elementary School. He was always fun to watch work as he would dance while he was listening to his "tunes" while cleaning the floors with his "floor-cleaning-machine. He had the biggest smile and the brightest blue eyes ever! He was a great person to know and he left a legacy of "caring" about everyone at Grantsville Elementary School. He will be missed, but I am grateful that his endurance and testing are over. Families are Forever and his family will be blessed for their righteous endeavors! Kenna and children may the Comforter be with you all at this hard time in your lives.

Kenna & Family,I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been knowing Charlie for many years. I remember when you both were just married and living in our ward...I was immediately impressed with Charlies enthusiasm for the gospel and for life. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him at Stansbury High while he was waiting for GES to be built. Bev and I's thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, he will be missed.Cory & Bev Dobson
