Leo Kent Williams passed away quietly and peacefully, with his loving wife Renee of 53 years by his side.

Kent was born May 4th 1943 to Hans and Leota Williams. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He retired from Tooele Army Depot with 29 years of service. He spent several years working with, and helping the youth of our community as an advisor for the Grantsville Trail Dusters riding club and the Grantsville High School Rodeo club. He loved his horses and enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren compete in horse shows, rodeos, football and baseball. Later on in life he took to team roping and greatly enjoyed that.

Kent is survived be his wife Renee, Daughter Tammy (Doug) Smith, Sons Charles (Cindy) Williams and Dean (Misti) Williams. Grandsons Tyler (Karlie) Williams, Chance Williams and Jacob Williams. Great grandson, Stetson and Great granddaughter Colbie J and one on the way. He is preceded in death by his dad Hans, mom Leota, and brother Kirk.

Kent loved his wife and family. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Friday April 3rd, 11:00 am at the Grantsville Cemetery.

Kent was a quiet man, but a man who loved his family, country life, and horses. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kent his kids and grandkids, he will be greatly missed, but I know each of them holds many memories with Kent and Renee
