Richard Chevy Jason Sprague (Montoya) born April 12,1971 in Tooele, Utah, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
Richard was a dedicated CNA who administered home hospice care for over 20 years. He lived in Aurora, Colorado, later moved to Mount Morris, Michigan with his husband Ken.
Richard loved his patients, and they certainly loved him. He was a loyal friend, and gave his time and energy selflessly to those around him. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, singing and dancing.
Richard is survived by husband Ken Sprague, his mother Martha McKinney (Montoya), brother Michael Bussard, sister Kathaleen Luttrell (Woodrow), sister JoAnna Alleman (Curtis), many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence Monroe Hartley.
May God rest his precious soul.
Cremation has taken place. No service is planned per his request.
