Robert Daniel Gonzales, 59, of Kearns, Utah went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 1st, 2022.

He was born in Slaton, Texas to Delores Cruz Gonzales and Maria Flores. He as lived in Utah for 36 years and has a had a home in Kearns, Utah for 26 years. He has worked at ICU Medical for 31 years as a molding tool specialist. He loved going to his property at Bear Lake. He loved hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. Most of all, he loved his family.

Robert is survived by his wife Sheri Gonzales; daughter Amber Lopez (Jose); grandchildren: Antonio, Angelia, Junior and Joseph; son Alex Lucero; daughter Alissa Melton (Justin); grandchildren: Seth and Aspen; mother Maria Gonzales; brothers and sisters: Raymond Gonzales, Leonard Gonzales (Marcia), Freddy Gonzales (Tracey), Angelica Carrillo (Noel), Joe Gonzales, Patricia Guerrero (Moses Arcos); father-in-law Ron Hunter; sister-in-law Trudi Budd, brother-in-law Daniel Hunter; and 26 nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father Delores Cruz Gonzales; grandparents Manuel Flores and Ysaura Flores; aunt Frances Cabrera; niece Melissa Ann Gonzales; mother-in-law Kay Hunter; brother-in-law Randall Hunter.

The family would like to thank James E. Pearl MD, George Cannon MD, William E Nibley MD, and Anita McDonald. They would also like to thank Intermountain Home Care and Hospice.

A viewing will be at Premier Funeral Home on October 6th from 9:30 to 10:45 am. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 am at the West Jordan Cemetery.
