Paula Thomas Johann, 70, passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2022, in Wendover, Nevada. She was born January 21, 1952,in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Ernie Thomas and Suzanne Johnson Parker.
On May 28, 1971, Paula married Daniel Shawn Miller and together they had 4 children, Shawn, Matt, Ryan and Alicia. After thirteen years of marriage they divorced in 1984. Paula re-married on Aug 17, 1991, to Joseph Johann. They were married for eight years until his untimely passing in 1999.
Paula grew up in Grantsville, lived for a period in Salt Lake Citybefore moving to Wendover.
She loved her family, but her grandkids held a special place in her heart.
Paula is preceded in death by her father, Ernie Thomas, mother Suzanne Johnson Parker. She is survived by her brother; Kevin (Debbie) Hall; sisters, Mignon Hall Parks; Melanie Hall; children Shawn (Benita) Miller, Matt (Amy) Miller, Ryan Miller and Alicia Miller. 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life held in her honor determined at a later date.
