Life & Legacy
Mikala Jean Moody, age 14, of Stansbury Park Utah, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Thursday July 26 th 2018. She was born in Murray, Utah on February 7, 2004.
She loves all little kids and babies, she enjoys drawing and painting and photography. She is always adventurous and never afraid to try anything new. She adores everything pretty from make-up and hair, fingernail polish, to flowers and butterflies. She loves babysitting, baking and cooking, shopping and pranking her sisters and family. She enjoys gardening and tinkering in the garage. Her loving, nurturing, caring and playful personality is shared by everyone who knows her.
Mikala is survived by her parents, Jeffery Phillip Moody and Miken Ann and Gino Garcia. Her twin sister Madilyn Emma Moody, her two younger sisters Mariska Jocelyn Moody and Hailee Marie Moody; Her Grandparents Dave and Pat Moody, Mike and Julie Baca, Mona Garcia; and many Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Friends and her puppy Oreo.
Preceded in death by her Great-Grandmothers: LaVieta Jean Simas and Lois Ann Tong.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 3rd at 11am at the LDS Meeting house on 417 Benson Road in Stansbury Park, Utah with a viewing Thursday August 2nd, 2018 at the same location from 7-9pm and Friday 9:30-10:30am prior to services. Interment to follow at Stansbury Park Cemetery.

Darren Thank you for your great comment about our Kala.Im Kalas Grandma Pat and she spoke of your jokes often her and I would laugh and talk about school very often. ..as we knew her humorous personality will be missed.Its nice to hear positive comments from a teacher once again thank you so much.

Oh Carol Thank you so much for helping Madilyn through that hard moment when she lost her sister Kala.I cant imagine how hard that was on you at the time.God places special Angles in places where theyre needed and that was you my friend.We never know who we're helping when we do it but as Madilyns and Kalas Grandmother my heart is touched by your kindness Again Thank you and God Bless and keep you !

Not often do you get a student that transfers into your classroom that improves the atmosphere and setting. Mikala did that regularly from the first day she joined my class. Im sad shes no longer with us. She had a great sense of humor (well, she laughed at my jokes)! Ill sure miss her. Lots of love to her family.
