We just passed the season of your death, the Ides of March. I have missed you very much and have felt your essence very strongly since the day you died. We shared the matriarch role, along with my mother Sharon Middleton Vlaanderen. As you were preparing for your death, we were a bit estranged due to divorce and family issues. But when I saw you for the last time in the assisted living place you were living; I spoke with you, (so unable to speak back to me.) Your nods told me that we were still on the "same page" as we had always felt, in life, about the destiny of our family.
