Elwood Courtney Spencer, age 86, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away on April 8, 2025.
He was born November 5, 1938 in Escalante, Utah, to Courtney and Nellie Floy Griffin Spencer and served and LDS mission in Paris, France from 1958 - 1960.
His survivors include his three children: Angela Lynn Brown (Richard), Melanie Dawn Hunter (Lynn) and James Elwood Spencer; two brothers: Terry Lynn Spencer and Robin Griffin Spencer (Nancy); 6 grandchildren: Cole (Nichole) Hunter, Blake (Holly) Hunter, Adam (Campbell) Hunter, Dylan (Veronica) Hunter, Bryce (Alaycia) Young and Emily Young; and
8 great grandchildren: Olivia, Claire, Eleanor, Juliette, Dane and Enzo Hunter, and Dillon and Tatym (Young) Kozlik.
Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens later this month.
