Louis was my cousin, and I'll always remember him as the one who picked up the peices when things were falling apart. As a child he took care of my siblings and I whenever my mother needed his help and was there to assist my family in they're needs. He was extremely selfless. As a teenager I can remember that he was always around to talk too and listen. He put others first. I had the opportunity to live with him and his family for some time and his personality and spirit always brightened the home. You are missed my friend, I love you.

Please accept my sincere condolences. It really saddens me to mourn the loss of someone so young. May the Allen family find true peace and comfort from God's promise to reunite us with Louisand our dear loved ones again by means of an earthly resurrection, found at John 5:28, 29 when death will be eliminated forever, found at Revelations 21:4. Truly, what a glorious and unbelievable day that will be! It's a reality though for God cannot lie!

I never met Louis, but have had in my life for many years, Ben, Sam and Sara. All have been loving and there for me. Knowing that, I know Louis was a beautiful soul, with loving people all around him. May he rest in peace. Love and prayers to the whole family.

My most vivid memory of Louis was at a family reunion when I was 17. We were visiting with his family in Missouri, and all of us kids were bored hanging out in the basement while the adults were talking upstairs for about 3 days in a row. I asked Louis to take us to the mall. He very kindly said yes because he knew we were all bored to tears. I will never forget him filling his vehicle with his siblings and cousins and driving us to the mall. We had so much fun! I won't forget the genuine smile on his face and that he said he was happy to take us there. He really meant it. I just remember the feeling that he was a genuinely kind person. I am glad he is my cousin, and glad I got to spend that time with him.

Louis is my 2nd oldest brother and he had a special place in his heart for his sis. We were very close and he always made sure I had what I needed. He made trips to see me and I remember telling my friends how excited I was that my brother chose to spend his vacation time with ME! What an angel of a brother he has always been. One of my favorite memories of Louis is when I was 16 *NSYNC was playing in St. Louis and he knew how much I wanted to go. He kindly bought tickets for the show, booked a hotel and took me the 3 hour drive to see my favorite band. It ment more to me than he could ever know. I love you so much Lou! Thank you for your greatness and love through all the years. Heres to paradise. Rest easy and know how deeply we love and miss you.

I remember Louis when he was just a tiny little kid, way back when it was just Samuel, Louis, Ben, and Obed, (at least I think that's how it went), and my Uncle David and Aunt Martha lived just outside of Fairfield, Ohio. I can't believe how much time has gone by and how many things have happened since then. It's amazing how fast our lives here on earth go by. Louis was a good soul, and I know I'll see him again someday.
