Arianna Luz McKendrick September 23, 2004 — July 15, 2024 Grantsville
Arianna Luz McKendrick, age 19, went home to our Father in heaven July 15, 2024. She was welcomed with loving arms by her grandfather, Clair McKendrick, who had previously passed away. Arianna is the daughter of Monty and Ladonalee McKendrick. She has five brothers: Kayce (MacKenzie), Zackary (Elexis), Christian, Cooper and Rustin and two sisters: Anisha (Joseph) and Grace. Arianna is also an aunt to four nephews and one niece. Arianna was born September 23, 2004, in Salt Lake City, Utah. One of her favorite past times was painting. Arianna loved to share her art with others and it is one of the many ways she shared her love. Arianna enjoyed many things growing up including swimming, dancing, reading, music, volleyball, and exploring fashion. Arianna always had a bright, contagious smile. She invited many wonderful people in her life who loved her and she loved them. Arianna had many goals and aspirations to enter into the temple. She dreamed of being a wife and a mother.
She blessed our lives with laughter and joy. She will be greatly missed but we look forward to meeting her again.
Arianna's funeral services will be held Monday July 22, 2024 at 11:30 AM. A viewing will be held at 10 AM before the service. This will all be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints chapel located at 550 East Durfee Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. After the service, she will be buried at the Grantsville City Cemetery where her grave will be dedicated by her father.

I only knew her for a few months as we worked at the same restaurant, and I will always remember the bright and ambitious attitude she brought every day. Rest well, Ari. Much love to you and your family.

The pain of your loss is great. I shall miss you always, but know you are in a better place with Grandpa. Spending time together will be a comfort as I wait the day we will meet again. Love you always. Grandma

My children were always excited to see what Arianna had in her craft bag when she would come to babysit for us. After she moved to Grantsville I enjoyed our drives to and from Tooele for babysitting. We would chat about life and dreams. We would talk about interior design and fashion. She was a bright spot in this world and we are so sorry to hear of her loss. Your family is in our thoughts during this difficult time. Love Brandon and Sydney Ure

Arianna, you are so loved by the people you left behind. I have many fond memories of you like you helping Brittany and I with a video project for ASL, and when I gave you a bracelet for your baptism and you thought it was so pretty. I hope you are at peace now, and that you know just how loved you are.

Arianna … you are such a beautiful young lady. The only consolation of losing you so young is the knowledge that God has a plan for us and that you are part of a beautiful, eternal family who will see you again. We were lucky to get to know you. Thoughts, prayers, and love to your family.

The Mckendrick family is so loving. They are the greatest of families who are always going the extra mile for each other and others. They will miss their daughter and sister who left them so young. We are sorrowful for their grieving and ask Our Heavenly Father to touch them with sweet peace.

Ariana, you were the sweetest person I’ve ever met, I should have reached out to you and we could have gotten close again like we did in math class. She always made me laugh, she was the best. I do regret not reaching out. I can’t believe you’re gone. You were taken way too soon. I love you and I am going to miss you. Your presence in this world was amazing. And your were so smart too. I love you. Until I see you again
